Once the pharmacy has received your order, it will be shipped by USPS (registered airmail) or EMS (faster shipping method) or Royal Mail
Normal delivery time for regular shipping is 21-28 days , registered takes 10-14 days from shipping date and courier takes 5-7 days from shipping date.
We must have an adult signature at time of delivery.

We will notify you if there is a problem with your order and you will receive a confirmation email when the pharmacy ships your medication.
Please note: We can not be responsible for customs clearance and the customer will have to carry all future expenses and taxes if there will be any, in his country.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by sending us an e-mail message. We can not accept order cancellation once the order is shipped.
We do not process prescription orders on the weekend. If you place an order after 4:00 p.m. GMT on Friday, the order will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped on Monday.

Even though online medical reviews will never completely replace traditional medicine, in certain circumstances they do give patients the ability to get treatment for a number of conditions that may not require another physical exam.
For Instance – If you have recently had a physical exam with a physician, in most cases you do not need to have another physical to receive a prescription for the medication you need. Instead, you simply ask for your medical history to be reviewed by one of our licensed physicians. A thorough review of your medical history often times is enough for one of our doctors to be able to write the prescription.
If one of our physicians or one of our pharmacists has a question about anything, a customer service representative will contact you before choosing whether to write the prescription or not.

You may be contacted by the physician who reviews your medical history or by the pharmacist filling your prescription if they need further details prior to approving your request for medication.

If none of your order has arrived within 28 (working) days from the date of order we will investigate the matter thoroughly and promptly. This investigation usually takes about 48 hours. If it appears that the order has been lost due to a postal loss or customs detention then we will re-ship the order again to you free of any charge. Only a very small percentage of orders are lost. However if the original order subsequently arrives as well as the re-shipped order then we rely on your honesty to inform us. We always try to resolve any problems in a fair and reasonable manner and to the best of our ability.
We will not accept credit card chargebacks and any customer attempting or threatening to do this will be immediately barred from making any future purchases on this website as well as having their card blacklisted among processors.
